James Klein, MD, Chief Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery: is the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery and co-founder of the program at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. He is a cum laude graduate of the combined BS/MD program of the City University of New York. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of acquired cardiac and general thoracic surgery. Dr. Klein’s special interest is in the emerging field of intraluminal endografting for thoracic aortic aneurysms. His ongoing academic interests are blood conservation during cardiac surgery and thoracic endografting.


Adam Arnofsky, MD: graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine after earning his undergraduate BSE degree with Summa Cum Laude Honors. Dr. Arnofsky completed both his General Surgery and his Cardiothoracic Surgery residencies at the New York University Hospital. He gained additional expertise in Endovascular Aortic Surgery at the University Medical Center in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Following his extensive training, Dr. Arnofsky served as an attending Cardiothoracic Surgeon at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York until 2009. Dr. Arnofsky is Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery and is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
